    • Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: All custom-made kilts and jackets are made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect or do not match the size or specifications provided during purchase.
    • Kilts made with custom tartan fabrics are also non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
