We strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website. However, due to occasional discrepancies, some items may not be available at the time of purchase. In such cases:

  • We will ship the available items to you immediately.
  • For out-of-stock items, we will contact you to provide options:
    • Wait for the item to be restocked.
    • Opt for a refund for the unavailable item.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the product being purchased. These costs are added to your order during checkout. The shipping price displayed at checkout is the final amount, with no hidden charges.


Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Orders: Custom kilts require approximately 2-3 weeks for production, followed by an additional 3-4 days for delivery. Most standard orders are delivered within 3-4 weeks.
  • Rush Orders: For urgent needs, we offer a Rush Order option. Rush Orders are prioritized and dispatched within 3-4 working days. The delivery for these orders typically takes 8-10 working days in total.

Note: In rare circumstances, such as fabric unavailability or natural events, delivery times may be extended slightly. We will keep you informed of any delays.


Change of Delivery Address

If you need to update your delivery address, you may do so at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team promptly to request the change.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is damaged during transit:

  • At Delivery: Please reject the parcel from the courier and notify our customer service team immediately.
  • After Delivery: If the damage is noticed after delivery, contact our customer service team for assistance and next steps.

Duties and Taxes

  • For international shipments, import duties and taxes are pre-paid, ensuring no additional fees upon delivery in most cases.
  • For European Countries: Some destinations may require additional duties and taxes to be paid upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Kilts Clothing will not cover these fees.

Remote Area Surcharge

A surcharge may apply if your delivery address is in a remote or less accessible location. If your address falls under this category, you will be informed of the additional delivery fee.
